free sunday school lessons
I am a little worried about extracurricular things when I ask the universities?

So to be honest, I'm almost a worry wart:) and I really want to get into a good school (I am a freshman now, 14 years) can not tell y'all how I'm doing today? I am in Girl Scouts, working on my Gold Award I teach Sunday school, took piano lessons, I play bass in the school orchestra honors going to be in the French club next year I offer volunteer at an art center for children next summer, I'll make the agenda of the page I am from the United States in the IB program at my school …. Comments? Suggestions? interesting ideas? experience? I know that schools like to see the leadership and cohesion extracurricular activities ……. and probably need to initiate a sport too ….. Thank you all:) PS I want to be an International Studies / Psychology major, if that makes all the difference:) (the page program is free, indeed, in reality, you pay)

It is very good (in fact, for a 14 year old is really good). My advice is to do extracurricular activities, and you do not like to fill your CV. This also means no more than it can chew. Honor your commitments. If for no other reason, it is better to get some good references (It will be very useful for much more than the university) position half a mountain of ass you subscribed. More what to do. Also note for get a good mix of experience – It applies to more jobs for college (but they work together), the experience, such as money management, leadership skills, communication skills … etc, ask yourself what you can do to improve areas that need improvement or could be useful in the future. That is, thinking "skills transferable. "Good luck (although it seems that does not need it!)

What are good resources for new teachers in Sunday school?

I helped with the children on several occasions and I have a heart for children's ministry, but my church told me Wednesday that I needed full-time since Sunday because of particular problems with our master SS alone and not be prepared (and this does not help anyone wants to help all children.) I have nobody for me to begin with, no idea what I do, where to start or how to prepare for a class of 6-10 years, twice a week … Help?

Try this link. There are a lot of material on the Internet. You should also find a Christian bookstore, or treat Lcowper http://www.io.com/ ~ Beka Books / resources.html http://www.sundayschoolprintables.com http://www.ebibleteacher.com/children/ / http://www.abeka . com /

bible sunday school lesson
Beatitudes .. examples of the Bible for Sunday School children.?

I am teaching a Sunday school children class tomorrow (9 and 10 years) and my lesson is in the Beatitudes. " But what I am trying to do is get an example of the Bible in the way they are put into practice .. as in "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth" im using the story of Job, and "Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted, the story of Lazarus … Can you help me find examples for the rest of them?

I'll give it a shot …. Let's start making a list of them: Mat 5:2 And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying, Mat 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the sky. Mat 5:4 Blessed are the United mourn, for they shall be comforted. Mat 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Mat 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they shall be filled. Mat 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Mat 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Mat 5:9 Blessed are the peace craftsmen, for they shall be called sons of God. Mat 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Mat 5:11 Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Mat 5:12 Rejoice and be glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Now, let's try to do a little more understandable, because 9 to 10 years can not know the meaning of phrases like "poor in spirit", so each line will be mixed with RSV, followed by the CEV (Contemporary English Version) 3 Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. CEV: 3 God blesses those who depend on him. They belong to the kingdom of heaven! I think Daniel in the den of lions, "the mother of Moses and Ruth and King David were all excellent examples of dependence on God … 4 Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall comforted. CEV: 4 God blesses those who mourn. They will find comfort! You already named Lazarus, Martha and Mary, perhaps should be included in … 5 Blessed the meek for they shall inherit the earth. CEV: 5 God blesses those who are humble. Earth yours! You have already named Job, Moses is my favorite, the Bible says about Moses, Num 12:3 (the man Moses was very slight especially men who were on the face of the earth.) 6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they shall be satisfied. CEV: 6 God blesses those who want to obey rather than to eat or drink. It will give them what they want! Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came immediately to mind is Daniel's story in Chapter 1. 7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. VEC: 7 God blesses those who are merciful. They will treated with mercy! Rahab? Had I not merciful treatment of spies? David? Do not treat with mercy Mephibosheth? 2SA 21:7 The king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, the Lord because of his oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan son of Saul. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart, they see God. CEV: 8 God blesses those whose hearts are pure. Them! Was not Stephen pure heart? Acts 7:55-60. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called sons of God. 9 God blesses those who make peace. They are called his children! Was not the wisdom of Solomon a peacemaker? 1Ch 22:9 Behold, a son I was born, a man of peace, and I will give you rest from all their enemies on all sides: his name shall be Solomon, and give you peace and quiet to Israel in his day. 10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. CEV: 10 God blesses those who are abused to do. They belong to the kingdom of heaven. Peter and his friends did not: 5:40 And they accepted it, and when he had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that you should not talk about Jesus, and let go. Act 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the Sanhedrin, rejoicing have been deemed worthy to suffer shame for his name 11. Blessed are you when men revile persecute you and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. CEV: 11 God bless you when people insult you, mistreat you, and say all kinds of evil lies about you because of me. The first in the Bible that comes to mind is Daniel in the lions' den. 6 levels of children I taught for some time, and these children who have a voice …. Give them a chance to surprise with their ideas … God bless!
