What happens in Body of Christ leadership meetings?

My pastor did a prophetic preaching on the next now generration then he called people up who believed God called them to be the next leaders.
The following Bible study he said he wants all people who called up when he taught the next now generation leaders to meet This Saturday, and I wanted to know what does he mean? Does this mean we are going to be elders? If so that is a lot of people. I am non-denomination so it would help of you were non-denominational Apostolic – full gospel -or pentecostal thank you.

The most simple answer is that your pastor would like to offer training to possible future elders. One thing the Body of Christ has been weak on is training up the next generation of leaders. I hope and pray that your pastor is following the leading the Holy Spirit and working with young people who can eventually step into leadership roles.

Go to the meeting and find out just what your pastor has in mind. Or better yet, just ask him.
