One difference I noticed with the SEC and the NCB, NCB is the use of "people" and not "men. Otherwise, I see no difference and both are excellent. I like the NIV, because it reflects what the writer had in mind rather than the literal translation. For example, KJB states, "Thou shalt not kill" while the NIV says, "No can kill. "Author does not mean you can not kill (slaughter a cow for example) but that does not mean kill.
